Eden Clinic Training Academy (ECTA) — Course Booking Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your booking of and attendance at training courses provided by Eden Clinic Training Academy ("ECTA", "we", "us", "our"), part of Eden Clinic. By submitting a booking and/or completing payment you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. If you are booking on behalf of another person or an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on their behalf.
The TRT Masterclass is a two-day, in-person continuing professional development (CPD) course for healthcare professionals, providing 16 CPD hours and accredited by CPD UK (Accreditation Ref: 22054). The course date, venue, programme and instructors are those specified on the booking page at the time of purchase. Course content is delivered for professional educational purposes only and does not constitute medical, legal or financial advice, nor a licence or qualification to practise beyond your existing professional registration and scope.
Places are intended for registered healthcare professionals. We may ask you to confirm your professional registration. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking where eligibility cannot be reasonably established, with a full refund of fees paid.
Course fees are £1,600 (early-bird) and £1,800 (standard), inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The early-bird rate applies only to bookings completed before the published early-bird deadline. Fees are payable in full at the time of booking unless an instalment option is selected (see clause 5). Your place is confirmed only once payment has been received in full, or once an approved instalment plan is in place. All payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe; we do not store your card details.
Where available at checkout, you may choose to pay in instalments (for example, Klarna or Clearpay "pay in 3"). These arrangements are provided by the relevant third-party provider and are subject to that provider's own eligibility checks, terms and conditions. Your contract for the instalment plan is with the provider, who pays ECTA in full; you remain responsible to the provider for the instalment payments. Selecting an instalment option does not change your obligations to ECTA under these terms, including the cancellation and refund policy in clause 6.
The course fee is not automatically refundable upon a change of mind. Any amount retained will reflect the Provider's reasonable losses (for example, committed costs and lost opportunity), taking account of any savings made or any resale of the place. If the Delegate cancels after confirmation, the Provider may retain the following proportion of the total fee, based on the notice given before the course start date:
As an alternative to a refund, and at the Provider's discretion, you may be offered a transfer of your place to a future course date or the option to send a substitute delegate (subject to eligibility). To cancel or transfer, please email hellotrainingacademy@edenclinic.co.uk. Any refund due is made to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Where an instalment provider (such as Klarna or Clearpay) was used, refunds are processed in line with that provider's policies. These provisions do not affect any statutory rights you may have.
We make every effort to deliver the course as advertised but reserve the right to change the date, venue, programme or instructors where reasonably necessary. If we cancel a course, you will be offered a transfer to an alternative date or a full refund of fees paid to ECTA. Our liability for a cancelled or changed course is limited to the fees you have paid to us, and we are not liable for travel, accommodation or other associated costs.
A CPD certificate is issued to delegates who attend the course in full. Partial attendance may result in a reduced or withheld certificate. CPD accreditation recognises the learning activity and does not itself confer any clinical authorisation.
Delegates are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards instructors, staff and other delegates. We reserve the right to remove any delegate whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe or unlawful, without refund.
All course materials, presentations, recordings and resources are the property of ECTA (or its licensors) and are provided for your personal professional development only. They may not be copied, recorded, redistributed or used commercially without our prior written consent.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with your booking is limited to the fees you have paid to ECTA for the course.
We process your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Information you provide is used to administer your booking, deliver the course, issue your CPD certificate and communicate with you about the course.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
